Associate Trademark Attorney
Full-Time | Fully Remote
R.J. Pierce Law Group, P.C. is seeking a skilled Associate Trademark Attorney to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of our Lead Trademark Attorney and help clients navigate trademark selection, clearance, registration, protection, and enforcement.
You’ll work directly with trademark matters at different stages, manage portfolios, support U.S. and international filings, conduct trademark searches, respond to Office Actions, and counsel clients on infringement and enforcement matters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Associate Trademark Attorney, your work will include:
Advising clients on trademark adoption, clearance, and strategy
Preparing and filing U.S. and foreign trademark applications
Conducting and analyzing preliminary and comprehensive trademark searches
Managing trademark portfolios, maintenance, and enforcement matters
Handling oppositions, cancellations, assignments, and related filings
Serving as a liaison between clients and the firm
Upholding our firm values and representing R.J. Pierce Law Group as a brand ambassador
Your role will combine legal knowledge, client communication, organization, and strategic thinking to help our clients make informed decisions about their intellectual property.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, team-focused, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced remote environment.
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar membership and good standing
1–3 years of trademark experience
Domestic and international trademark experience preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team
